This weeks find was a tough one. With Amazon Prime day in the review mirror I found myself think “What would be a good find”.
Then a light bulb went off.
A smart light bulb.
I’ve been using these Philips Hue lightbulbs for over a year and I love them. They are my alarm clock (you can set them to go on and off whenever you want).
They are my away from home lights that I can turn on remotely from anywhere in the world, which will be nice once travel becomes a thing again.

An affordable, sleek glass toaster that comes in 4 different colors
What is it?
This glass toaster, called the Dash toaster, is a transparent glass toaster that has lots of extra features. The slots are large enough to fit fancy bread and other baked goods, and it comes in four fun, bright colors. (I happen to love the turquoise.) As you know, it’s a transparent toaster, so you can look through the glass to make sure your toast has the perfect crisp. It also has a fun, retro design vibe and over 4,000 positive reviews!

Are you getting a good sleep? Find out!
This weeks discovery is a nice one for all of you tech-lovers and for those of you that are curious about your sleep. Personally I love the idea of being able to track things, but I’m not a fan of wearing a device to bed ( and yes it’s because I once hit my face with my Apple Watch on and nearly chipped a tooth).
Still I love being able to know my quality of sleep. That’s why I was so thrilled when I got this Withings Sleep.
What is the Withings Sleep?
This pad goes underneath your mattress and connects via wifi, you download the app and every morning you can see the quality of sleep (depth, duration and regularity) along with heart rate, breathing and snoring. Plus any interruptions you have had. It also tracks the time to fall asleep and time to get up.
Basically it answers all your nightly sleep questions.
Why we love it!
We love this device because it is easy to install, and it’s effortless to track your sleep. Plus it has some really neat features you can tie into with your smart home using IFFT (I use the smart lightbulbs to turn off when I get into bed and play a series of white noises on our Sonos Speaker).
All of this has dramatically improved my bedtime routine and taken my sleep to a deeper level.

What is it?
Two Rivers has come up with a great package of coffees. For less than $20 you get 40 different pods of coffee that range from Rocky Road Ice Cream, French Toast, Cookies and Cream and so many more.
What we love it.
Working from home your coffee routine has probably been switched up quite a bit and if you are looking for something new to try this package was the best thing to give you a nice treat. These pods are a delicious treat and break up the monotony of our daily coffee routine. Plus at just under 50 cents a pod it’s the perfect afternoon pick me up.

It’s like having a personal massage therapist in my house
This week we discovered the benefit of home massages at a great price.
What is it?
The Flyby is a massage therapy gun allows you to target different body parts a massage sore spots.
It has multiple massage tools, 6 different vibrate settings, and a case. For the price it was the best we could find and definitely delivered on it’s promise.
Why we love it.
I got this for my birthday and it’s so nice. This is a cheaper version than the bigger brand Theragun Massage Therapy Gun that I would see in the sports stores. I’ve been having sore legs from starting to run again. Using the Flyby as a massager for my legs and glutes has given me the ability to massage my sore muscles every night and is super easy to use.
The handle also helps me target most of my body parts and it has taken me from a stiff zombie to a more relaxed (and happier) person.
It has over 700 ratings with an average value 4.6/5 stars. Plus there’s even more reviews on the Canadian site.
Bottom line: It’s like having a personal massage therapist in my house, plus it’s less than two massages so it pays for itself quickly (which is a huge plus!). I love it!
