Overall Review of the Schmidt Brothers Bonded Teak 15-Piece Knife Set:
This is a full set for the average home chef. It will do everything you need a knife set to do and has enough steak knives for most families. While shears would be a nice addition to the set, you may find that you don’t use shears. Price wise it’s competitive with other 15 piece sets for what you get. The one big drawback is the maintain of the teak wood with oil and to avoid water with them. If you are set on a Teak handle set of knives this is a good one, but there will be a little more maintenance than other knife sets may require.

Overall Review of the Schmidt Brothers Teak 7-Piece Knife Set :
This knife set is more affordable thean the 15 piece teak handled set. You still get a good series of knives. This knife set is similar to the Teak wood handle set, with less knives and a lower price point as you would expect. The german stainless steel means no dishwasher but that is pretty much the same for every quality knife set so if you are digging the zebra look then this is a knife set to consider.
